Any bot or gameplay automation = permanent ban.Autoheal, auto-SSA, anti-paralyze, scripts and similar automation are prohibited. Only simple non-gameplay macros are allowed.
The rules apply in game, on the website, Discord and every other Chillera service. Penalties depend on the severity of the violation and a player’s previous record.

- Offensive namesInsulting, racist, sexually related, drug-related, harassing or generally objectionable names.
- Forbidden advertisingNames advertising third-party brands, products, services or real-money trades.
- Unsuitable namesNames expressing religious or political views.
- Supporting violationsNames that incite, announce or imply a rule violation.

Statements
- Offensive statementsInsulting, racist, sexually related, drug-related, harassing or generally objectionable statements.
- Spam and public-chat misuseRepeated, nonsensical or badly formatted messages, and public statements unrelated to a channel’s topic.
- Advertising and personal dataDo not advertise unrelated services or disclose another person’s private information.
- Respectful conversationSupporting violations, bypassing language restrictions and disruptive behaviour towards the community or team are not allowed.

Fair Play
- Bug abuseDo not exploit obvious errors in the game or any Chillera service.
- Unofficial softwareManipulating the official client or using additional gameplay software is forbidden.
- AutomationEvery form of botting or automated gameplay may result in a permanent ban or character deletion.

Chillera Team
- ImpersonationDo not pretend to be a member of the Chillera Team or claim powers you do not have.
- False reportsDo not intentionally provide misleading information in reports, complaints or support requests.
- SabotageDo not publish knowingly false information or organise a boycott against Chillera services.

Security & Conduct
- Hacking and attacksStealing accounts or data, or attacking, disrupting or damaging Chillera services is prohibited.
- Toxicity and griefingBehaviour that harms the community long-term may be punished, especially on public channels and Discord.
- ScammingCheating players through lies or abuse of mechanics is punishable. Lootbags are used at your own risk.

Property
- External tradesCharacters, items, gold and coins remain property of Chillera. External trades are at your own risk; the team cannot reverse scams or theft.
- Applicable lawViolations of applicable law, service terms or third-party rights are not tolerated.
